  226.    The 'include13' directory holds clones of 'utility/tagitem.[hi]' and
  227. 'utility/hooks.[hi]' for people who haven't got the 2.0 include files.  The
  228. original files are not included because they are copyrighted by Commodore.

  231. copyrights of all the glue code.

  233.    RexxReqTools is Copyright (c) Rafael D'Halleweyn and is included with his
  234. kind permission.

  236.    All of the files copyrighted by the author must remain unmodified.  None
  237. of these files may be distributed on its own, the entire package must be
  238. distributed as one whole.  'demo.c' is full public domain and can be used in
  239. any way you like.

  241.    There is one exception to the above.  If you plan to release a freely
  242. distributable program (either public domain, freeware or shareware), you may
  243. include 'libs13/reqtools.library', 'libs20/reqtools.library', the
  244. installation scripts (with icon), the catalogs and the preference editor (with
  245. documentation and icons) with your distribution.  It is left to the programmer
  246. to decide whether he wishes to register ReqTools.  Registration is not
  247. required, but would certainly be appreciated.  If you include ReqTools with a
  248. crippled shareware program I'd like to ask you to send me a full working
  249. version.
